Another day another nickel (and eternal blessings)

Hello family

My subject line is a spongebob quote for those who are not educated in the arts. First of all loved that you send me the room numbers for the cruise and loved that none of you even had to tell me what they were because i already knew. Also HAPPY 30TH BIRTHDAY CHRIS. Way old haha gross. Like 50% of my siblings(including brother in laws) are in their 30s haahha oh man im scared to get old.

Anyway this week was pretty uneventful not going to lie, and I don’t have much to write about. The rain honestly hasnt been too bad with the hurricane, I think it was worse last week haha. But its raining now. The florida weather mood swings are worse than Utah’s i think. I found a kitten on the side of the road and it was so hard not to bring it home with me. We’ve been doing tons of finding this week and no one is really out so lots of tracting haha FUN!

Good scripture:

Joshua 1:9

Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the Lord thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest

This week I’ve been thinking about how the gospel is so much more than this moment. It truly is an eternal thing. The gospel applies to every part of our lives. Not just “spiritual” things. It helps us with work, school, relationships, and just about everything else. It’s really cool honestly. Its cool that the spirit truly does help us in all things. We just really have to be listening, a lot of times its hard to listen especially with all the distractions around us. But if we take a moment to just sit listen (not be on our phones or be busy doing something else), we can find help. And the spirit will lead us to exactly where God wants us. ALWAYS. And like it says in the scripture God will be with us where ever we go.

Plain and simple I love being a mormon hahah. I also love you all so much and miss you like crazy. Have a good week!!!
