The Florida Tampa Mission

Words cannot express how I feel about my mission. Holy cow. They cannot! I have learned so much, I have changed so much! And I am so happy about it. It scares me to think about what my life would’ve been like without my mission. Honestly having a hard time writing this email because words just do not cut it. I am so grateful for the many opportunities I’ve had to learn and grow while serving as a full time missionary.

My mission goal/scripture was D&C 58:27. It says “Verily I say, men should be anxiously engaged in a good cause, and do many things of their own free will, and bring to pass much righteousness” I feel good in saying that I gave my mission my all, I was definitely not perfect but I tried my best. AND IM HAPPY ABOUT IT. I’m grateful for my Savior Jesus Christ and know that he lives. I know that he has been with me throughout my whole life and whole mission. How grateful I am to know that he has felt everything that I have felt and more. I know that through him and through living his gospel we can find TRUE joy. Not worldly, fleeting happiness, but true everlasting, eternal joy. It’s unlike anything else. I know that God has a perfect plan for us and he reveals that plan through prophets. I know President Nelson is truly called of God and is receiving so much inspiration for us today. I know these things because I have read the Book of Mormon over and over again every-time I do I feel grounded and have the strength to continue on. I know with all my heart it’s true. I LOVE THE GOSPEL. AND I LOVE BEING A MISSIONARY.

And good thing is I still have a whole week to be one 🙂 But after that I AM SO EXCITED TO SEE YOU ALL (family). I literally have the best family in the world and I cannot wait to just laugh with you all. Oh what a blessing. I shall probably not write you next week, okay maybe something short. BUT I LOVE YOU ALL. HERES TO THE FINAL WEEK. LETS GOOOOO!!!!!!

P.s. for those who don’t know, my homecoming will be February 24th at 10:30 am at 165 West Monarch Drive, Bountiful, Utah 84010.
SEE YA SOON
